1. Book via Your Calendar
Use your familiar tools—Google Calendar or Outlook—to schedule meetings.
- Create an event: Add meeting details as usual.
- Select a room: Choose an available meeting room from the list.

Your booking syncs automatically with Systam Rooms displays.
2. Book Directly from the Room Display
Need a space on the spot? Simply tap the room's touchscreen display:
- Quick booking: Reserve the room instantly for 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Plan ahead: Use the on-screen calendar to schedule future meetings.
- Extend or end: Adjust your booking if the meeting runs over or ends early.
The display's LED lights indicate room availability at a glance.
3. Confirm Your Booking
This settings may or may not be set-up for your screens.
To prevent unused reservations:
- Confirm on arrival: Tap the display within 15 minutes of your meeting's start.
- No confirmation? The room will automatically become available for others.
This feature ensures optimal room utilization.
