Create visit from meetingroom booking

Integrating Office 365 room resources into Systam Visit visitor management system.

Visits can also be delivered directly from meeting room bookings to Systam visitor management. In practice, when a person books a meeting room for a meeting -> the meeting room forwards the visitor information to the Systam server. The server checks if there are external visitors in the meeting, and if so -> a visit is created.


1. Log in to Office 365 administration, Exchange admin center

2. The mentioned meeting roosm need to be configured as resources


3. Create a new rule unter the mailflow menu:


4. In the opened window, first select "more options..."


5. Choose all the meeting rooms you want to send information to Systam. (The recipient is...)
In the next selection, "Add the following recipients to box: <Technical address provided by Systam>"


To avoid meeting rooms from appearing as visitors, please provide support@systam.fi with a list of your meeting rooms, and we will automatically exclude them when creating visits.
