Visitors can be invited using Manager instead of calendar invite.
To invite a visitor, first log in to the Manager. Choose Visits and make a new visit.
Fill up the needed info shown in the picture. If you have multiple visitors on xlsx-file, they can be imported using file import.
NOTE: The file has to be in correct format, please use the template provided in File import.
Some users (Admin, Officer) may have an more options when creating a visit such as selecting the host.
The notifications of the visit are always directed to the selected host.
Basic users cannot create visits to other hosts, unless the host has given the rights in their Manager user profile.
Officers has two options to create a visit; create and log in a visit and plan a visit. The difference between other profile types is that the officer can log in the visitor while creating the visit and they have to select the host, while the selection is not prefilled.
Visit can also be modified via Manager. Officer can modify the visit via browse planned visits, choosing the visit and selecting modify the visit. Basic user and admin user can modify the visits by choosing view and modify the planned visits.
