Adding new recipients

This guide shows how to add new hosts in Systam Visit. You can add hosts one by one, import them in bulk using Excel, or automate the process with an integration.

Before you start

You need Admin or Lobby permissions to add new hosts.

Add a host one at a time

  1. Sign in to Systam Visit.
  2. Go to Hosts.
  3. Click Create new.
  4. Fill in the required details:
    • First name
    • Family name
    • Email
    • Phone number (GSM)
  5. Add optional details if needed, such as Position.
  6. Choose the relevant settings:
    • Access rights to the system – gives system access
    • Send account activation message – sends an activation email
    • Available for uninvited visitors – allows selection without pre-booking
    • Allow updating of contact information – enables automatic updates via integration
  7. Click Save.

Import hosts in bulk using Excel

  1. Go to Management → Import data.
  2. Download the .xlsx template.
  3. Fill in the host details according to the template.
  4. Upload the file back by selecting it and clicking Import file.
  5. Review the summary of changes, such as the number of new hosts.
  6. You can also remove hosts that are not included in the import file.

Automatic host sync with integration

You can automate host management with an integration. This allows data to sync directly from your own system to Systam Visit.

  • Automatic updates – keeps host data up to date
  • Integration – available as a monthly add-on
