Export and Import of data

Systam Visit allows the retrieval (export) and transfer (import) of user data.

Export data

Admin users and officer users can retrieve data related to visits and recipients from the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager) under Management / Export data.

The data that can be retrieved includes:

Statistics
Visits
Visitors
Hosts
Catering orders

Depending on the user level and additional services, the options may vary. Admin users have the broadest rights to retrieve data from the service.

Import data

Admin users and officer users can import large amounts of visitor or recipient data into the service from the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager) under Management / Import data.
