Export host data

This guide shows how to export a list of hosts from Systam Visit in Excel or CSV format.

How to export the host list

1. Open Settings from the left-hand menu.
2. Select Export data.
3. In the top menu, go to the Hosts tab.
4. You will see the section Hosts saved in Systam Visit.
5. Choose your preferred file format:
   • Download in Xlsx format – export the list as an Excel file
   • Download in CSV format – export the list as a CSV file

What does the file include?

The exported file includes all hosts saved in Systam Visit. You can use the data for reporting, reviewing, or updating your records.
