Creating lobby user to RespaManager

RespaManager includes 4 different levels of user accounts:

1. Admin user (New admin user to RespaManager)

2. Power user

3. Recipient (Adding new recipients)

4. Lobby user (Creating lobby user to RespaManager)


This guide explains how to create a new lobby user account in RespaManager.


Note that only an existing lobby user account can create new lobby user accounts.


1. Log in to RespaManager with your own lobby user credentials.

2. Select Management -> Officers from the top menu.

3. In the opened window, you can see all lobby accounts created in the system.

4. On the top right, there is a button "Create new."

5. Enter the requested information and specify the areas to which the lobby user account should have access.

6. After saving, the accounts are ready for use.


If there are no lobby users marked in the installation, contact Systam support at support@systam.io, and we will create a new lobby user for you.


Note regarding password policies for lobby user accounts:

Lobby user passwords are always entered through the process described above, so there is no separate email for password creation. If a password is lost, a new password cannot be ordered via email from the RespaManager homepage. Instead, a new password is entered through the lobby personnel section using other lobby user accounts. If this was the only lobby account in the installation or other lobby personnel cannot be reached, Systam support will assist you!
