Visitor data and statistics

Systam Visit software automatically collects statistics on visits on a profile-specific basis.

Admin user can define how long visitor data is retained in the service (Retention policy for visitor data), but this does not affect visitor statistics, which is always anonymous and the data is stored as long as the service has been in use.

Statistics

Admin user and lobby users can review and compare visit statistics through RespaManager. You can access statistics by logging into RespaManager and selecting "Management" and "Statistics of visits" from the top.

If you are an admin user, you can see statistics from your own profile, and with a lobby user account, it is possible to view reports either for the entire installation or for a specific profile.


On the Visit Statistics page, results can be filtered for a desired time period and compared to another corresponding time period.

The data can be exported in PDF format or you can use screenshots directly from the website.


At the end of the report, pie charts show firstly how many of the visitors arrived as invited guests. (Inviting guests in advance)


The second pie chart shows how visitors have checked in. (Through self-service terminal, by lobby staff, or through an automatic gate, for example)
