The company logo can be changed in the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager) by an admin user. Before adding the logo, please make sure the logo is in JPG-format. Other formats with transparent background are not shown correctly.
The logo is scaled to the kiosk depending on the number of profiles and the picture size. If the logo has extra empty areas in the picture, the logo itself will be smaller in the sign-in kiosk.
To change the company logo, go to Management and Settings.
Select General settings from left side panel.
To change the company logo, click Edit and select the logo.
The logo is not shown instantly on the sign-in kiosk. The new logo will be displayed after manual restart or sign-in.
