When connected to the Systam Visit service, the self-service terminal typically displays 1-15 logos/icons on the screen, depending on the type of facility where the device is installed.
To change the logo, you can do so through the RespaManager web portal using the main administrator credentials for the profile.
Please log in to the specific "location" where you want to change the logo.
After log in, go to settings:
General settings tab shows you current logo and possibility to upload new one.
Save logo in .jpg format and with white background.
After new logo has been set, you have to refresh kiosk device.

OR
After first visitor sign-in, new logo will show.
If your company uses logos on visitor cards, the new logo can only be updated by Systam. For this, we would need the company's logo in JPG format. The logo will be printed on the visitor card in black and white.
