Device can not connect to internet

If you see a message on your device indicating that the internet connection has been lost, you should first check the connection of the network cable if applicable.

If your device is connected to Wi-Fi, it's possible that the Wi-Fi password has changed.

If your device is connected via a network cable, you can try connecting another device, such as a laptop, to see if it gets a network connection.

It's also a good idea to find out if any network changes have been made in the building, such as a Wi-Fi password change, modification of a static IP address, installation of port restrictions, or any similar changes.

If the internet connection is not actually disconnected but the application cannot connect to the server, Systam can investigate the issue.

However, if the problem lies with the network connection and changes need to be made to the device, such changes can only be done on-site by Systam.
