Systam Visit kiosk network requirements
Network connection
- Connect the kiosk to the network using a wired Ethernet connection if possible.
- Make sure outbound HTTPS connections are allowed.
Required connection to Systam services
- Port: TCP 443 (HTTPS)
- Destination: *.respamanager.fi, if using also Pass service, add also
- Usage: Communication between the kiosk and Systam Visit service
Remote support connection (TeamViewer)
- Ports: TCP/UDP 5938 (preferred) or TCP 443
- Destination: *.teamviewer.com
- Usage: Remote access and support
Device management and monitoring (N-central)

- Usage: Core management, scripts, installations, and file transfers
2. Remote control (Take Control)

3. Windows updates
- Port: TCP 443
- Destinations:

4. Time synchronization (NTP)
- Port: UDP 123
- Destination: time.windows.com
- Usage: Synchronizing device time
