You can decide what information is requested from visitors when they sign in. The settings are under Settings → Requested information → Information requested from visitor.
Field requirements
Company, Phone number, Job title, Email address and Country can each be set to Mandatory, Optional, or Hidden. A mandatory field must be filled in before sign-in can continue, an optional field can be left blank, and a hidden field doesn't appear on the form at all.

Anonymous sign-in
When Anonymous sign-in is enabled, visitors can sign in without entering any information about themselves. The system only records that a visit happened — not who the visitor was.
Keep this in mind before turning it on: since the visitor isn't identified, detailed visit information won't be available afterwards, for example for reporting.
Changes take effect once you click Save changes.
That's it — you decide what visitors are asked.
