Bulk upload for images (PowerPoint slides)

This guide shows how to import PowerPoint content into Systam Pass as images using the bulk upload feature. It’s a quick way to create clean, paginated content without manual editing.

Uploading images to Pass content (bulk upload)

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation you want to use.
2. Export the presentation as images (JPG or PNG format). We recommend setting the resolution to 1280x720px to ensure a good compromise between fast loading and good quality. 
3. Open Systam Pass and go to content editing.
4. Drag and drop the images into the upload area in the bottom page. If slide order matters, make sure your file names are in alphabetical order before uploading. Pass will also handle numerical values correctly automatically. 
5. Wait for the images to upload to the content.
6. Press Save.

How the content is created

When you bulk upload images, Pass automatically builds the content structure for you:

• Automatic pagination – each image becomes its own page.
• Content is added at the end – new material appears at the bottom of your content.
• No manual setup needed – the system handles the structure.
