Updating a person's phone number in the system

If a person has an incorrect phone number in the system, you can update it as follows:

1. Select Users from the top menu.
   
   
2. You will see a list of all individuals who have completed the digital induction.
3. Click on the name of the person whose details you want to edit.
4. In the new window, you can update their information by clicking on the phone number field.
   
   
5. Enter the correct phone number and press Enter on your keyboard.
6. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the information has been successfully saved.

This ensures that contact details remain accurate and up to date.
