In Manager, it is possible to decide if the host receives notification of visitor's arrival via email, sms or both.
This option can be adjusted by the admin user or the officer user.
The setting is found in Management->settings->communication and templates.
NOTE: if the host is missing email or phone number in their personal information, they won't receive the notifications.
