The EuroPark parking integration lets visitors register their own parking through a link included in the pre-arrival message. It only works for visits with an advance invitation, since the link is sent as part of the pre-arrival message.
How it works for the visitor
When a visit is created, the pre-arrival message includes a personal link. The visitor opens the link and registers their own parking directly with EuroPark — no further action is needed from reception.
What happens when a visit changes
If a visit is cancelled or a visitor is removed from it, their parking link is invalidated automatically.
Exception: if the visitor has already registered their parking before the cancellation, the permit stays valid. This can't be reversed from our side.
If a new visitor is added to an existing visit, they receive their own pre-arrival message with a new link.
If the visit time changes and a new pre-arrival message is sent, the old link is invalidated where possible and a new one is issued with the new message.
Setting it up
Contact Systam support to enable EuroPark for your account. We'll set it up per profile on our side.
That's it — visitors handle their own parking, one link at a time.
