Systam Visit can be connected to your organization's other systems. Integrations are paid add-on services. To take one into use, contact sales or support at support@systam.fi.
Calendar and Outlook
You can invite a visitor straight from your calendar by adding your organization's invitation address to the invite. The Outlook add-in adds the address for you. See Setting up the calendar invite integration and Outlook Add-in: installation and use.
Microsoft Entra ID and single sign-on (SSO)
Hosts can be synchronized automatically from your organization's Entra ID, and users can sign in to RespaManager with their own Microsoft account. See EntraID host synchronization integration and Setting up Microsoft Entra SSO in Systam Visit.
Parking
A parking permit can be given to the visitor's vehicle automatically based on the registration number. Supported services:

KONE Access
In KONE buildings, access rights can be created for the visitor in KONE Access automatically based on the visit.
Mercantus
Visit information can be fetched from the Mercantus booking system, so bookings create visits automatically.
