Visitor card can not be printed

If you are trying to print a visitor card for a guest from RespaManager, but nothing happens after logging in except for a confirmation of successful printing, the most common reason is the popup blocker in your browser.


Popup Blocker in the browser:

If the printing window does not open in RespaManager when it should for printing the visitor card, the reason is usually the popup blocker settings in your browser. Depending on the browser you are using, the notification of the popup block may appear slightly differently, but generally, there is an icon on the left or right end of the address bar. Some browsers may directly ask, "Allow popups for this site." You can modify the settings from the browser's menu.


Here are examples of modifying settings in three different browsers:

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser.
  2. Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select "Options."
  4. Go to "Privacy & Security" in the left sidebar.
  5. Scroll down the page until you find the "Permissions" section.
  6. Under "Block pop-up windows," click on the "Exceptions" button.
  7. In the popup window, enter the RespaManager's website address and click "Save Changes."


Google Chrome:
3 dots on right top corner, settings and privacy and roll down.


Microsoft Edge:

3 dots on right top corner, settings, cookies and site permissions:
