If you're experiencing printing issues in RespaManager, please follow these instructions: Visitor card can not be printed
If the previously functioning self-service terminal for printing visitor cards is no longer working, you can try the following solutions:
- Check the connections to ensure that the cables are secure.
- Verify that the label roll has not run out (Replace the printer's card roll with a new one).
- Check if there is a small green light burning next to a larger green light on the printer (see image). If the light is on -> Press the button beneath the light to turn it off.
You can test the printer's functionality by holding down the button with the scissor symbol. (The device will print out its settings, allowing us to determine if the issue is with the printer or elsewhere).
