Print counters – tracking visitor card rolls

The Settings → Print counters page gives you an overview of the visitor card roll status on every self-service kiosk.

How the counter works

Each roll holds 300 visitor cards. Every sign-in uses one card, and the counter counts down from the point the roll was last replaced. The page shows how many cards have been printed on each device and roughly how many are left.

After replacing a roll

Once you've replaced the roll, remember to click Reset counter — otherwise the remaining count won't match reality.

Keep in mind

The counter doesn't track a separate printer connected at reception. If you have one there, keep an eye on that roll yourself.
