How to order supplies

Supplies such as visitor cards, card pockets, backing plates and lanyards can be ordered in writing from Systam Support. You can send an email to support@systam.fi or use the feedback section in Manager.

Current products and prices are listed on our accessories price list.

When placing an order, please specify the exact quantities of the products, including the number of visitor card rolls (300 cards / roll), card pockets, backing plates, or lanyards. It is also recommended to provide references for invoicing if needed.

The delivery usually takes around 2 business days.

There is no minimum order quantity for standard visitor cards, but for custom pre-printed cards, the minimum order quantity is 50 rolls. Card pockets are delivered in packs of 50. Backing plates are ordered in batches of 200 or 500. Lanyards are delivered in packs of 100.

Custom pre-printed cards are made to order and the final delivery quantity may vary depending on the production methods. Invoicing will be based on the actual delivery quantity. The delivery time for custom pre-printed cards is longer, about 2-3 weeks. For custom card design (logos, colors, typography), please contact our sales team at sales@systam.fi.

Shipping cost will always be added to the delivery (20 € per order within Finland).

Ordering in RespaManager

1. Open your name in the top bar and select Feedback.
2. Choose the supplies order option as the feedback type.
3. Write the products, quantities and any billing references in the content field.
4. Fill in your email address to get the reply straight to you.
5. Click send.

You can use the same form to send general feedback, development ideas or report a problem. All messages from the form go to Systam support.

When your order includes quantities and any billing references, we can get it on its way quickly.
