What to do when the credits are running out?

When credits are running low, the Pass service handles it as follows:

  • The main administrator receives a notification – An automatic email is sent to the main admin when credits are running out.
  • Credits can be ordered via the Statistics page – A form appears in the service, allowing the admin to order new credits directly.
  • Support can assist with purchasing more credits – After receiving the email, the admin often contacts Systam support to buy additional credits.

If your credits are running low, first check the email notification and the reporting page for the ordering option. If you need credits urgently, you can also contact our support directly.
