When is an exam available for a visitor?

An exam becomes available to a visitor in a few different ways: 

• Through the Systam Pass service – Only companies that have purchased the Systam Pass service can send the exam directly from the platform.
• When a visitor is invited via Systam Visit – A digital induction link is automatically sent to the visitor.
• In the pre-arrival message – If a visitor is invited through the Systam Visit, the digital induction link is included in the pre-arrival message. 

This ensures that visitors receive their induction materials at the right time and can complete the exam before the visit.
