Sign-out as a visitor

This guide explains different ways to log out as a visitor.

If the visit location has a reception service, you can hand over your visitor card or inform the reception staff of your name, and they will log you out.

If the visit location has a self-service terminal, you can log out independently using your visitor card.

At the bottom left corner of the devices, you'll find the "log out" button. Pressing this button will display specific instructions for logging out on the screen.

If the location has a Systam Respa X device: Logging out is possible by showing the QR code of the visitor card in the recess below the screen. A notification will appear on the screen upon successful log out. You can then drop the visitor card into the lowest recess of the device.

If the location uses the smaller Systam Respa Lite equipment, logging out is achieved by pressing the "log out" button on the screen. A camera image will appear on the screen, and by showing the visitor card's QR code to the camera, you will log out. A notification will appear on the screen upon successful log out.
