Sign-out and notice message templates

RespaManager lets you customize two types of outgoing messages: the feedback message sent at sign-out, and the notice message used for announcements. Both are found under Settings → Communication and message templates.

Sign-out message templates

When a visitor signs out, they can automatically receive a thank-you and feedback message by email and/or text.

• Email: edit the subject and content. You can use the VISITOR variable to include the visitor's name. Sending is turned on with Send email.
• Text message: content up to 70 characters. Sending is turned on with Send text message.

Notice message templates

The notice message can be sent to everyone currently signed in — for example during an emergency.

• Email: edit the subject and content.
• Text message: content up to 160 characters.

Remember to save your changes with Save changes.
