You can send automatic reminders for expiring completions to prompt users to renew their training. This feature is useful when you have content that people need to complete on a regular basis.
How to enable reminders:
SElect your content and go to the Settings from the top navigation.
Click Create reminder from the section Reminder-messages in use.
Define how many days before the completion expires the reminder should be sent, and set the reminder content (SMS and email).
A link to complete the content will be added automatically at the end of the message.
Save the reminder.
You can create multiple reminders if needed, or edit and delete existing ones.
Reminders are content-specific, so create them separately for each content item you want to track.
