Reminder message templates

In RespaManager you can edit the reminder email that is sent to a host if their visitor is still signed in after a set time. This way the host notices if a visitor has forgotten to sign out.

The time is set by Systam. By default it is midnight. If you need a different time, contact support at support@systam.fi.

You'll find the template in the left menu under Management → Settings → Communication and message templates → Reminder message templates.

What you can edit

• The email subject and content. The content editor works the same way as the other messages in the Communication and message templates section.
• The *VISITORS* variable adds a list of the host's visitors who are still signed in.
• The email checkbox turns the reminder on. The reminder is sent by email only.

Good to know

Remember to save your changes with the Save changes button — otherwise your edits won't take effect.

If a host is missing an email address, the reminder can't be delivered, even if the setting is turned on.

All set — no visitor stays on the books overnight by accident.
