Other settings — notification email addresses

The Other settings page collects a few separate email addresses that RespaManager uses for specific notifications. You'll find it under Management → Settings → Other settings.

Addresses you can set here

• Email address for visitor traffic monitoring — visitor volume data can be sent to this address for tracking purposes.
• Production manager email address — used for example for notifications related to catering orders, if your organization has the catering orders add-on enabled.
• Security officer / employee representative email addresses — you can add several addresses separated by a semicolon ( ; ). These addresses can receive notifications related to safety and security.

All fields are optional — fill in only the addresses your organization actually needs. Remember to save your changes with the Save changes button.
