The first step to a successful visit is easy and smooth arrival. You can ensure this by inviting your guests in advance, during which your guests will receive an automatic message with arrival instructions and a sign-in code.
How do I invite a guest from my calendar so that they receive an automatic pre-message?
- Create a new meeting.
- Add you company-specific email address / identifier as a participant.
- With the identifier, the information of the invited persons automatically transfers to the Systam Visit visitor management service when the event is saved.
- If you do not know your identifier, please contact your property's reception or our customer support at [email protected].
- Add all visitors by adding their email addresses as participants.
- Save the meeting.
- You will receive a confirmation email with information of the visit. The email contains a direct link where you can modify visitor information.
The service sends a pre-arrival messages to the invited guests with arrival instructions and a sign-in code a day before the visit's scheduled time.
Visitor signin is quick when the information is already prepared in the service. The front desk staff can also see the expected visitors and can sign them in quickly upon arrival.
An automatic notification about the guest's arrival is sent to the host, and the meeting can start on a good note!
