Letting another user create visits on your behalf

Modified on Mon, 28 Sep at 12:03 PM

You can give another user the right to create visits on your behalf. This works well for an assistant who invites visitors for their manager. You'll be shown as the host of the visit, so arrival notifications come to you.

Giving the right

  1. Open your name in the top bar and select Profile.
  2. Select Rights on the left.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Find the person with the search field, tick the checkbox next to their name and click Save.

The person then appears on the Rights list with their name, position, phone number and email.

How the right is used

When the person creates a new visit, they change the host to you with the Change button under the visit host. More on creating visits: How to invite a visitor via Manager.

Removing the right

Click Remove on the person's row. The right is removed right away.

Now invitations get sent even when you're away from your desk.
