Your user account settings

Settings for your own user account are in the RespaManager top bar: open your name and select Profile. The user profile has five tabs.

My details

You can update your name, email, phone number (GSM) and position, and add a profile picture. First name, last name and phone number are mandatory. The option for showing the person in the list sets whether you're shown as a host in RespaManager lists. It doesn't affect the self-service kiosk. Save your changes with the save button.

Visit notifications are sent to the email on this tab.

Rights

Here you can give another user the right to create visits on your behalf. See Letting another user create visits on your behalf.

Sign-in settings

This tab has the login email and username you use to sign in to RespaManager. The login email is mandatory. It can differ from the email on the My details tab.

Change password

Enter your current password, the new password and the new password again, then click Change password. The new password needs:

• at least 12 characters
• at least one lowercase letter
• at least one uppercase letter
• at least one number

User account events

You'll see a list of sign-ins to your account: the event, IP address, description and timestamp. LOGIN means a successful sign-in and LOGIN_FAILED a failed one, for example a wrong password.

If you see failed sign-ins you didn't make yourself, change your password and contact support at support@systam.fi.

That way your account stays up to date and secure.
