If you have forgotten your RespaManager login credentials, you can easily reset your password from the RespaManager homepage by clicking on 'Forgot your password.'
If there are multiple businesses or profiles at the location, first select the correct entity from the drop-down menu, and then click 'Forgot your password.' After that, enter your email address in the provided field.
If, for some reason, the reset link does not appear in your email, please check that your email is correctly entered, and ensure the message hasn't been filtered into your spam folder. If your company has changed email domains, the message may not arrive, as the system compares the provided email address to the one in your records. In such cases, please contact your company's main user to correct the email address in RespaManager.
