Visitor didn't receive the pre-arrival email

If the visitor did not receive the pre-arrival email, the most common problem is their company's tightened security.
The email may be flagged as trash-email or in some cases doesn't go trhough at all.

If the invitations are not received, create a test invitation using for example you own personal email. If the problem occurs and others have the same problem, please contact us, so we can check the issue.
